Metal Garden is a beautifully restrained FPS that trades sprawling campaigns and endless weapon collections for atmosphere, mystery and a haunting journey through a colossal Brutalist megastructure. Its short runtime may leave you wanting more, but perhaps that is exactly the point. Like the world it depicts, Metal Garden feels like a fragment of something much larger, and that sense of mystery is hard to shake.
